Shipping

All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.


Free Shipping  on above $35 All over United States. Below $35 shipping charges apply depends on Zip/State.

Shipping Restrictions

Please be aware of the following shipping restrictions:

  • We currently only ship within the United States.
  • P.O. Boxes: We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time. Please provide a physical shipping address for delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track the progress of your shipment through our website or the carrier's online tracking system.

Return Policy - United States

At JAS PERFUMES we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Time Frame: You have 15  days from the date of Delivery to initiate a return.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@jasperfumes.us to request a return authorization.
  2. Pack the item securely in the original packaging.
  3. Include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation.
  4. Ship the return to the address provided by our customer support team.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7  business days.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Lost or Missing

If the tracking information for your package confirms delivery and you cannot locate the delivered package:

  1. 1. Check with neighbors and family members
  2. 2. Look around the delivery location
  3. 3. Check for notice of attempted delivery
  4. 4. Contact the carrier directly who can assist further

Note: Jas Perfumes Online monitors claims of lost, missing, wrong and damaged items for abuse. Lost, missing, wrong and damaged items must be reported immediately upon receipt of the shipment, and any damaged, wrong, missing items must be retained (including the shipper). Jas Perfume reserves the right to limit or deny the reshipment or credit of an order/item in all instances.
